1 onion, chopped

1 tbsp grated ginger

Soft-boiled eggs (2)

Instructions
Prepare the Broth:

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.

Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 2 minutes.

Pour in beef stock, soy sauce, and mirin. Bring to a boil.

Add beef and reduce heat. Simmer for 1.5–2 hours until beef is tender.
Cook the Noodles: 5. In a separate pot, boil water and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions (3–5 minutes). Drain and set aside.
Prepare Toppings: 6. Soft-boil eggs for 6 minutes, peel, and halve them.
7. Slice green onions and prep other toppings like nori and sesame seeds.
Assemble the Bowl: 8. Place cooked noodles in a bowl.
9. Ladle in the broth with beef.
10. Add toppings and drizzle chili oil if desired.
11. Serve hot and enjoy!
