  • Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish

Optional Add-ins:

  • Ground turkey or plant-based crumbles

  • Bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms

  • Monterey Jack or Colby cheese

  • Gluten-free pasta


Instructions

  1. Brown the Meat:
    In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until onions are soft.
