This sweet high-protein snack bowl blends creamy Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, and peanut butter into a satisfying, energy-boosting treat. It’s quick to make, rich in protein, and customizable with fruit and nuts for texture and added flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (whey, casein, or plant-based)

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or 0% fat)

  • 1 tbsp natural unsweetened peanut butter

  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar-free sweetener (to taste)

  • 1 small chopped apple or strawberries (optional)

  • 1 tbsp crushed almonds or walnuts

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth.

  2. Add cocoa powder and peanut butter, stir until well blended.

  3. Add honey/sweetener and chia seeds; adjust to taste.

  4. Layer half of the mixture in a bowl, top with fruit.

  5. Add remaining mixture and sprinkle nuts on top.

  6. Chill for 15–30 minutes or enjoy immediately!

Notes

Use any fruit or nuts of your choice. To make it vegan, substitute with plant-based yogurt and protein.
